Overview
Local action, national reach.
Community Development channels TP SL's network into practical work that members can point to — a building, a registered school, a mediation that prevented a dispute. Every district chairman is accountable for the work that happens in their district, and the secretariat keeps the project log public.

The district network
Fourteen districts, one membership.
Each district has an elected executive of seven — chairman, vice, secretary, treasurer, mobiliser, women's lead, youth lead — and reports to the National Executive Council quarterly. The same code applies in every district: members vote, executives report, projects are line-item visible.

What we are working on right now.
Each project carries a status badge so you can see the stage at a glance. Status changes are dated; deltas are reported in the annual review.

How donations are used
Every leone, line-item visible.
Donations to Community Development are pooled at the secretariat and disbursed against approved projects. Members can request the ledger at any AGM; the annual review reports against budget.
Materials & construction
Cement, steel, roofing, fittings. Procured locally where possible; receipts logged against each project.
Transport & logistics
Moving materials and people between districts. The biggest single hidden cost — and the one members ask about most.
Professional services
Architect, surveyor, legal, and contractor oversight. Engaged only when the work requires accredited expertise.
Secretariat operations
Capped at 8% of donations. The rest goes to projects. Reported annually.
Move the work forward
Donations turn into buildings.
The projects above are funded almost entirely by member contributions and small donations. Every leone goes into the ledger, every disbursement is reported.
