Our Governance Structure

Leading with Hakkil and Ngayu. The National Executive Council and District Chairmen are elected by the membership and accountable to the community they serve.

National Executive Council

Elected by the community. Accountable to the community.

The NEC provides strategic vision and overall leadership for TP SL. Elected by the general membership at the Annual General Meeting, the Council serves a four-year term and meets quarterly to set national priorities and review district activity.

District Chapters

Bringing TP SL to your community.

Each of Sierra Leone's 16 districts has a District Chairman who coordinates local activities, registers new members, and represents the community at the national level. Select a district to see its executive.

How We Govern

Service, not status.

  • Transparency

Council decisions, budgets, and election outcomes are published to the membership. Nothing is hidden.

  • Accountability

Every Executive answers to the AGM. Tenure is fixed; renewal is not automatic.

  • Service

Leadership at TP SL is a duty to the community, not a personal honour. Pulaaku governs every seat.

Leadership is service — and it’s elected.
